Special Note to International Customers

Customers Shipping Returns From International Addresses Must Follow The Same Instructions Above But To Ensure The Return Meets The 30 Day Return Guidelines Customers Are Required To Provide Return Shipping And Tracking Information That States Clearly The Date The Package Was Accepted By The Shipping Agent. International Packages MUST BE Postmarked Within The 30 Day Return Period In Order To Avoid Late Fees. This Information Should Be Emailed To [email protected] With The Subject Line Reading The Customer’s Name And RMA Number. If A Web Based Tracking Method Is Available A Link To Such Information Should Be Emailed To This Same Address. 

The Following Items Are Ineligible For Refund:  

  • Special order and custom order items; any items that have been modified from their original form at the customer’s request or any items we manufacture specifically at the customer’s request.
  • Items that have been engraved; any items that have been engraved at the customer’s request including engraving done by Koopeem.com
  • Rings that have been resized; any rings received that have been resized while in the customer’s possession are not refundable and will be returned to the customer.
  • Closeout or discontinued items; any item that has been deemed a final sale due to discontinuation of the style or as a manufacturer’s closeout cannot be returned.
